• Great deal of experience in origination and structuring of financing, on the part of both leading banks and large business• Project execution starting from idea presentation up to successful project realization, including coverage function during whole project's lifetime.• Development and analysis of various schemes of financing to meet the business needs and requirements of banks (WC, documentary limits, Agrarian receipts, Export, Leasing, Trade, Structured finance. etc.);• Collaboration with various Suppliers, Buyers, Banks, Leasing companies, Insurance companies order to obtain the most attractive proposals for the project finance• Control over compliance of the structure and terms of financing of the project with internal credit policy and undertaken commitments.• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills for structuring of the deal with producers, suppliers, contractors and intermediates.
