­ Facilitated transition from Conventional Warehouse to Automated Warehouse.­ Retired Allpoints system and adopted WMS System.­ Trained management/associates to use (WMS, ICW, Dematic, Golden and Mobil Picker), applicable to their roles and responsibilities.­ Used new recruiting process to attract talent for warehouse positions and support volume.­ Manage day to day operations.­ Utilize Adage to release orders, invoicing, pull inventory and sales history, and customer research.­ Utilize ICW to manage operators and flow of the building to optimize thruput.­ Utilize Dematic to manage operators, inventory and outbound to optimize thruput. ­ Implemented Mobile Picker order scanning device and trained associates to improve accuracy with order selection. ­ Assist with live updates being pushed during production (Mobile Picker). ­ Utilized Hospital HMI System to track stats within Hourly Reports, Hospital Stats, Lane wait times, Dematic Thru-put, Lane full details and controlling Merge Speed. ­ Coordinate daily with Transportation, Inventory, Customer Care, Account Managers, Sales Reps for routing orders. ­ Developed and documented standard operating procedures.­ Conducted observations, coaching and implementing process improvements.­ Identify service level trends and stack ranking employee performance in mispicks, shorts and damages.­ Communicate service level findings to foster improved performance. ­ Reverse engineer processes to include changing the order of routing to optimize thru-put. ­ Communicate HR policies and procedures with associates.­ Analyze data from Power BI and Golden SQL daily.­ Create SQL in Golden to use data in WMS to identify improvements.­ Ship 100k – 135k daily, both shifts.
