I am a Biological Engineering student at Purdue University. I am currently pursuing minors in bioinformatics and biotechnology. I am not sure what I want to pursue as a career yet, but I am developing my skillset and open to possibilities! I do have interests in research (industrial or academic), data analysis, process design, management, and interdepartmental communication. Whatever it is that I'm doing, I benefit greatly from knowing that what I'm doing has importance and makes a real impact on others. I fit well into supportive roles where I am building up and enabling others to do their work effectively.I have a passion for effective and concise communication. I find that professional satisfaction is significantly related to adequate and professional communication practices. I am also invested in whatever I'm doing, meaning I like to go all in on whatever I'm working on. I am creative and enjoy asking the harder questions about why things work the way that they do and coming up with alternative solutions. I find that if I'm given the opportunity to innovate or optimize something, I will usually try to find new ways to think about things and solve problems. I like to get to the root of problems, and I find it extremely important to know not just what works but why it works.I am a current Sophomore. I transfered from Electrical Engineering last year, which has put my expected graduation back a year to May 2026. I started in August 2021. I am also considering graduate school.I am an avid hobbyist, and one of those hobbies is photography. I have done some events, and I am capable of doing videography, though I don't have much experience with it.
