• Manage and direct the efforts on a daily basis of a dedicated survey crew tasked with development and operations surveying in two separate prospect areas.
• Through negotiation, obtained access to over 60,000 barrels per day of fresh water in Howard County for the company to be used in drilling, completions, and day-to-day operations.
