Process loans for Construction, Bridge, Term, HELOC, Refinance, Temp - Perm, as well as renewals. Close loans, work with title to balance CD's, and HELOC disbursements. Post Close which includes verifying signed documentation, sending out wires and checks. Upload loans to the bank system as well as file the completed loans. Customer service on existing bank loans including, customer questions, ordering HELOC checks, constructions draws, and general mortgage questions.

Analyzed daily call data, which I used to compile monthly call information, identify trends, and see where improvement could be made.

Took incoming calls to assist customers with their property loss claims, answer questions, and guide them through the process.

Worked with internal employee's to process their mortgage applications, documents, as well as be the main point of contact through the mortgage lending process.

Took incoming calls for general customer service on active loans, which included assisting with escrows, payoffs, payments, documentation, and tax forms. I was also assigned to various projects during this time.
