In 1995 he set up and ran his own specialist management consultancy business for 6 years before returning to make his experience available to mainstream employers in 2002. From Feb 2002 Isaac has provided Senior Management input into a £700m UK Ministry of Defence contract to manage the defence estate in Scotland via an innovative partnership agreement. Since September 2008 Isaac has provided Business Development and Business Planning advice to a major multi-discipline group and implemented a 5 year expansion plan.Isaac has a pervasive experience of Business & Project Management and is used to working with senior executives and company Directors of small firms, global enterprises and Government officials.
