As the Director of Public Relations for the Isenberg Sales Club, I am responsible for handling all communications between the Club and its various sponsors, alumni, and students. This includes sending out weekly emails to all members of the club, as well as organizing meetings between the Board and our sponsors. In this role, I also help to facilitate, plan, and discuss the content of our weekly meetings, and help prepare our members for various sales competitions throughout the year.

As a head referee, my responsibilities include maintaining a safe, fun, and respectful game between all players, coaches, and parents. Through resolving difficult situations with clear, courteous communication, I have developed both my problem solving skills as well as my communication skills.

As a sales associate in the mobile phone department, my day-to-day consisted of finding customers needs and providing them with the proper solution for their problems. From setting up new accounts with carriers, to updating mobile phone plans, to applying phone screen protectors, my responsibilities included ensuring all of our customers needs were satisfied.
