At Zirx (now restructured and rebranded), I oversaw the full-cycle recruitment and administrative departments in addition to overseeing scheduling, payroll (vendors), account management and customer service. When the LA chapter launched, my work was integral in helping to build the full-cycle recruitment process for our vendors as well as filling our internal administrative roles.
