Creating a world where every young person can make, learn and earn in music, whatever their background or goal, I'm honoured to Co-Chair the board of trustees. A national charity investing in music-making projects which support children and young people aged 0-25 to develop personally and socially as well as musically.

As a television and digital broadcaster I have worked regularly in the sports field, presenting programmes with Sky Sports News, BBC, ITV and West Ham United. As a radio broadcaster I reguarly freelance for the BBC, presenting shows across Radio 4, Radio 2, 5 Live and BBC Radio 1Xtra. I also have projects in development with production companies ranging from podcasts television programmes.

Isaac Borquaye, more commonly known as Guvna B, is a triple MOBO Award winning rapper, author and broadcaster from London. His album, The Village is On Fire (2023) was a UK number 1 rap album and the the highest charting non-explicit rap album that year. He has amassed over 70 million streams. Guvna B is widely considered an influential and important voice within British rap music because of his inspiring and uplifting lyricism and his views on youth culture.

I'm a freelance school speaker and mentor and have worked in over 200 schools and with organisations such as XLP and The Prince's Trust. I go into schools and work with students to help them find their purpose and passions so that they can reach their full potential. I have come into contact with over 150,000 young people. I offer mentoring sessions, workshops and motivational talks.

Was asked to fill the position of Creative Director. Having previously served as a Special Advisor, I was excited to take on this new role where I lead the charge in spearheading creative initiatives and cultivating a vibrant hub where staff, volunteers, and congregation members could explore and express their creativity in meaningful ways.Key responsibilities included leading the development and implementation of a creative strategy aligned with the organisation’s mission and values, establishing partnerships with local artists, cultural organisations and creative professionals to enrich the creative ecosystem and expand reach, overseeing the creative process from ideation to execution. A standout project I led were the ‘We Got Love EP’ which won Best Album at the Step FWD Awards.

Special Advisor to the Vicar Nicky Gumbel, helping to build a more inclusive and diverse culture by offering strategic guidance and practical solutions. This was across all facets of the staff, volunteer and congregational community. I also worked closely with the music team to innovate their approach and discover their unique sound.Key responsibilities included conducting assessments to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them, providing guidance and support to leadership and staff on best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion, and offering support, resources and advocacy for underrepresented staff members. I also worked with the music team to explore new approaches, genres, collaborations and was responsible for releasing music and showcasing the talent and creativity of the team via concerts and events.

In this role I worked as a brand developer for 'Premier Gospel', a radio station owned by Premier Christian Communications. I worked with the marketing and digital team to implement strategies which pushed the brand forward and developed it's relationship with listeners.I'm enthusiastic about helping inspirational and uplifting music reach more people. One of my main projects was starting the Premier Gospel Awards. We saw over 3000 people attend the inaugural event and built a special relationship with musicians both in the UK and internationally.
