Current- During my first semester as director, I:
- Directly led teams composed by 3 to 5 members.
- Improved appeal and targeting for promotions, reaching approximately 450 leads directly (170% YoY growth).
- Boosted the conversion rate of leads per promotion from 2.6 to 8.8 by collaborating more closely with stakeholders.
- Enhanced value proposition and engagement with partners, expanding our protocols portfolio from 5 to 9.
- Optimized our local market exploitation strategy, increasing the percentage of leads from outside our main contributor from 46,8% to 54,5%.
