As a Full Right Member (FRM) within the AIESEC General Assembly, I will hold a significant role in shaping the direction and decisions of the organization. My primary responsibility will be to actively participate in discussions, share my insights, and contribute with my opinions during the general assemblies. This crucial role ensures that diverse perspectives are heard, fostering a collaborative environment where strategic decisions are made to drive AIESEC's mission forward.

As the Head of Global Volunteer for Youth in AIESEC in Coimbra NEFE, one of our local offices in Portugal I'm responsible for matching portuguese youth with our global volunteers. My main responsibilities are:- Product Management of Global Volunteer, our exchange programs foccused on developing soft and hard skills in young people, through volunteers in challenging environments.- Area Management, responsible to define and co-create strategies for product development, while runnning area engagement activities, tracking and managing the performance of my coordination team and members, ensuring they work towards our area and team's goals.- Establish and mantaining International Relationships with our country partners, whom we work with to ensure quality experiences for our portuguese interns while they are performing their internship abroad.- Synergy with Marketing Department to make Global Volunteer program known to our youth, through promotional activities such as events, clarification sessions, participation in job fairs and content management for social media networks.

In this position I´m mainly responsable for:- Plan, support, and develop strategies for the execution of the GMC (Global Management Challenge) and YSF (Youth Speak Forum);- Define goals and monitor the execution of the Operational Plan;- International relations management;- Data analysis and guidance for decision-making;- Work closely with management to ensure the implementation of national strategies.

In this position I had to talk with a lot of companies to see if they want to be our partner in the conference (LW). And I also havesynergieswith the rest of the OC for that if they need something that requires call to somewhere to see if they offer something.

As a Recruitment Manager for Global Talent in Coimbra NEFE, one of our local offices in Portugal I'm responsible for matching portuguese youth with our professional internships, while managing the international recruitment process for young students that want to gain professional experience abroad. We are currently recruiting in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing and Engineering areas! I'm mainly responsible for: - Managing the development and sales of Global Talent in short-term duration, for youth; - Managing the standard operating procedures to approve the potential candidates for our opportunities; - Attract and recruit students between 18 to 30 years old for our opportunities abroad. - Ensuring our portuguese candidates fulfillment of the requirements of our professional internships, choosing the best opportunities for their profiles.

In this position I´m mainly responsable for bringing students closer to the market!
