iTGROW - Software and Systems, ACE, is a complementary group of companies, created as a joint initiative of the BPI and Critical Software, aimed to develop talent and services within Information Systems projects.Held in equal shares by both institutions and located in engineering centers in Coimbra and Oporto, the iTGROW considers essential to maintain a close relationship with the academic field, founding its strategy on developing advanced skills in ICT and Software Engineering.Easing the involvement in specific and ambitious BPI and Critical projects, iTGROW will enable newly graduates to add a new level of value to their curricula. Thus, we aim to prepare young people coming out of universities to an increasingly global and challenging labor market, by focusing on complementing their academic knowledge with training "on the job". Through this link between the academic environment and business market, the iTGROW will be a catalyst for curricular and professional internships, a partner in projects with Universities, a way to enter the professional world for newly graduates and, therefore, a stake in the development of the technology industry.

Interface with several technical teams inside the company with the purpose of providing a higher quality service to the customers. Conception of value-added services by working closely with clients and the commercial team in order to improve business’ intelligence and increase customer’s loyalty and retention. Promotion of direct communication with telemetry users, namely by using web 2.0 technologies.

Business intelligence setting, strategic conception of market approach (positioning and differentiation), development of sales pitches (Unique Selling Proposition), implementation of marketing plan, execution of market studies, coordination of product management activities, close following of strategic customers, digital marketing and communication Web 2,0 (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc), internal communication (What's new @ISA), communication with partners and clients (Newsletter), public relations (communication with media), enterprise branding and design of Promotional Documents, organization of trade fairs and international events, organization of charity events and team building activities.

Definition of new products functionalities based on the market requirements. Permanent interaction between commercial and technology teams in order to keep the development roadmaps of innovative products updated.

Tendering: building of Commercial and Technical Proposals answering to customer’s requirements. Implementation of the methodology to manage the commercial documentation.

Auditorship of the biggest international customers of the company promoting the posterior development of innovative services to meet the detected needs. A lot of equipments were sold because of this work named “Beyond Telemetry”. It consisted in giving customer support in order to optimize the use of telemetry.

Based on the previous experience acquired in a very effective company operating in automotive business area, internal procedures were optimized and rules were defined in order to assure the quality of the provided services and products. The new approach of organization by processes increased the operations efficiency and the internal communication between departments.

While working in MPA - Management Project and Animation together with 7 engineers with different nationalities, I was responsible for the management of 3 different projects related with information systems of the plant and followed directly by the direction.

Responsible for the conception and assembly of a clean chamber for detention of secondary twinkle in Liquid Xénon. The developed work was recognized with publications in magazines of the specialty. The project was evaluated with 18/20 values having been presented in the IEEE in Rome.
