Key Responsibilities:- Support the Project Manager in team leadership and resource allocation;- Prepare a variety of written communications, documents, and reports;- Achieve targets through responsible planning and resource allocation;- Identify issues, analyze information, and provide solutions to problems;- Prepare and analyze financial reports accurately;- Develop and monitor project financial plans, allocating resources to their tasks;- Analyze results and create reports using Excel, leveraging expertise in pivot tables and power query (specifically for the aviation team);- Analyze, monitor, and control the projects' financial variances;- Project financial forecasts and conduct scenario analysis in Excel for risk management, assessing its impact on projects;- Plan, monitor, and financially control the projects;- Manage subcontractors' activities, including reports and payments;- Track project invoices.Other Responsibilities:- Organize files to ensure efficiency and traceability;- Contribute to creating improvement processes such as templates and tools to aid project management and financial control (e.g., PMA guidelines);- Organize team-building activities and gatherings for the entire team;- Proactively assist newcomers.
