For over 10 years, I've provided strategic defense of consumer finance and related class actions filed across the country. I have a particular focus on representing clients accused of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). I'm nationally recognized in this area, and I'm one of only a handful of lawyers nationwide who has personally represented clients in over 100 TCPA and FCRA lawsuits and class actions. When I'm not representing clients in court, I help his clients comply with the TCPA and other telemarketing laws, including state laws that govern telemarketing and debt collecting. My compliance work focuses on text messaging, pre-recorded calls, automated calls and do-not-call concerns.
