- Product Owner Intern for TMRW Digital Bank's Engagement Platforms- Supported improvements in verification portion of onboarding process, enhancing success rate of customer applications. Taking an interest in Medicine and Artificial Intelligence, I undertook a research internship with the National Cancer Centre Singapore, participating in a collaborative cross-disciplinary project with General Electric. As an annotator and curator, we aimed to develop a model involving the use of Named-Entity Recognition(NER), a Natural Language Processing(NLP) technique to extract and analyse unstructured information from free text in medical reports. The model would extract key clinical features, providing valuable insights on patient health, leading to greater workforce efficiency and better treatment outcomes in the long run.

Assisted the doctors, nurses and optometrists at Eagle Eye Centre to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, as well as acting as a proficient liaison between the different departments, ensuring efficient communication and dissemination of critical information. Contributed to a cohesive and high-performing healthcare team
