I have 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. I have spent 3 years at Thai Basil Restaurant as a server, and also currently work at Kadence Hospitality as a sushi apprentice. Before that, I worked at Dovecote Restaurant in downtown Orlando, as a server, bartender, and line cook. Previously, I also spent six months working for Florida Home Improvement Associates as a canvas team leader. During my time with this company I lead a marketing team which went door to door marketing home improvement projects such as roofs and impact windows. With this company, I was able to reach quarterly net sales of 100k, as well as helping my team reach their sales goals as well. I should also mention that I had two jobs at the time I was also working at Thai Basil on Saturdays while working at FHIA Monday through Friday .I am currently working on a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate at the University of Central Florida. I completed my Associates in Arts degree at Seminole State College with honors, and was placed on the presidents list for multiple semesters. I am proud of my customer service expertise, as I have had many side jobs where I have had to market myself, meet with potential clients, and explain to them why they should pay me to do a job. I have the skills necessary to sell and market products at an advanced level, and also have many skills related to hospitality. I have been working since I was 13 years old, starting off as a roofer for my grandfathers company during the summer. I have come a long way and since then I have gone into hospitality and sales which are my true passions.
