Roboelectric test suite, and, migrating large portions of our customer facing Android SDK into stand alone background android services were just a few examples of successes. As his contributions passed rigorous code reviews, and landed on main branches, he made himself available nights and weekends to address any pending issues (outstanding sense of ownership over his work), and took a strong sense of pride when it shipped in customer facing deliverables. It was a pleasure mentoring Isaac, and, no matter what he pursues going forward I know he will be successful.
