I am a junior majoring in Finance on the PFP track at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. I am interested in building a career in Personal Financial Planning and Banking. Currently serving as the Finance Association's Community Service Director, I play a pivotal role in organizing impactful events and fostering a strong sense of community among our members.I collaborate effectively with a team of 10 officers to strategically plan and execute over 40 events each semester, ensuring robust participation and engagement. I also partner with two other Bauer organizations to enhance member turnout and promote our collective mission of academic and professional development.My responsibilities include coordinating 4-5 community service events per semester that reflect our organization’s commitment to philanthropy. I also present valuable insights on personal finance and community service opportunities to our membership of 50+.Through conducting weekly meetings and social events, I strive to create an inclusive environment that encourages networking and collaboration. I was recently elected as the Vice President of the Finance Association and I aim to build upon its success.In my free time, I like to hit the gym, go hiking, play soccer, train boxing, and wind down by reading and playing horror video games. I look forward to connecting with industry professionals and exploring internship opportunities that align with my interests and aspirations.
