As a long time, small business leader, I am passionate about enhancing the customer experience and developing a strong, sustainable community. I have a strong background in the studies of sustainable policies where I have been able to leverage my skillset in leadership roles and problem solving.I have been able to professionally work and thrive in environments of working on a team to achieve a satisfactory customer experience while integrating various teams, ideas, and stakeholders.I am currently one of the head baker's at a local, bustling, thriving family owned coffee shop in the Agritopia community. I work alongside coworkers in order to execute high demand products being sold to customers on a daily basis. I have played a role in increasing customer numbers through product satisfaction and customer relationships and trust. Agritopia prioritizes expanding urban farming and developing large scale community projects. While working within the community, we have been able to establish direct farm to table products while collaborating with other small businesses in the neighborhood who are passionate about enhancing the customer experience through urban agriculture.I am pursing my certification in UX Design and Project Management where I will be expanding my skillset in technical customer satisfaction and leadership. I am currently seeking a full-time role where I am able to learn the entry level dexterity integrating my interests in design and management.In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, and all things outdoors.
