CurrentMaintaining the operational readiness, appearance, and functional flow of the physical office common area.Professionally greeting and assisting guests, managing incoming communications, and handling deliveries/ mail with efficiency.Maintaining the inventory management process, including regular ordering, reconciliation, and budgeting for pantry and office supplies.Ensuring optimal stock levels, organizing storage spaces, and coordinating with operations management to address inventory concerns. Collaborating with the BizOps team to maintain up-to-date office directories and floorplans and assist with workspace readiness for new hires.Partnering with Operations to monitor and enhance the office experience based on staff feedback and survey reviewsMaintaining passwords for online subscriptionsSupporting security efforts by activating and deactivating staff access fobs and updating visitor records as neededPlacing work orders to solve any issues that may arise regarding our physical space
