Isabel Borges has a Phd in Tourism, Leisure and Culture, specialty in Tourism and Development, from Coimbra University. Also holds a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Tourism, Leisure and Culture. She has a Degree in International Marketing and Tourism Promotion - ISCET and Bachelor's degree in Tour Operators Management - Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril.She is currently a teacher in Higher Education and a researcher in the areas of tourism and development, wine tourism, events, accessibility and territorial marketing at CEGOT, REMIT and CEPESE. She takes part of dissertations defense juries.Worked fifteen years in the wine tourism area, developing projects related to hotel and tourism business, in several wine regions. Trainer and executive coaching in tourism, events and commercial area for several companies. She is an associate of URWELCOME2VISIT, a company specialised in tourism resource management.
