Moving into the recruitment space I have learned valuable skills in candidate management; phone screening, interviewing, managing end to end recruitment for the graduate program and overall candidate management. In addition to the graduate program I solely managed the national referral program and other various administrative projects. I have experience in job ad writing, LinkedIn Inmailing, marketing mapping, reporting vacancy data, sourcing and the implementation of an ATS.
