I have had the privilege of working as an Undergraduate Engineer for SMEC Geotechnics Team.

Using my RSA certifications, my roles at Aspire Events, Venues and Catering involve on-campus catering and events at University of Wollongong for Food and Beverage service for a wide variety of events, such as:- buffet style - sit-down meal and drink service- catering deliveries where my tasks consist of :- interpreting Banquet Event Orders- service of food and drink with special attention to dietaries - set-up and pack-down of event, such as furniture, crockery, cutlery, linen, centrepieces etc. - liaising with clients of high academic roles within the University- communication with staff regarding order of events and training new employees- responsible service of alcohol
