- Aid the senior account manager to help manage client relationships, compile social media statistics, maximize digital content, increase revenue streams, build relationships between artists, platforms, products and consumers- Maintain and grow large, high-profile social media accounts on various channels including Backstreet Boys and Universal Music Publishing Group- Compile reports and data to drive insights and strategy- Write copy to reflect multiple brands and voices- Work with both top-level and developing artists, as well as brands and labels

- Find and submit copyrighted material to the RIAA- Monitor online news and chatter about high-profile personas- Flag incorrect statements in press articles to publicists

- Develop and execute various physical and digital marketing campaigns for artists across all SME labels- Promote and attend artist events and tour dates, and create detailed reports on fan engagement and demographics for label use- Work with artist teams and labels to execute promotional events on the SDSU campus and greater San Diego area

- Plan and execute off-campus events for 300-plus guests - Book venue, catering, transportation, and talent for quarterly events- Manage yearly event budget
