Beginning my working life at a young age allowed me begin cementing a foundation that now supports my current specialisation in quality client satisfaction. After various experience in forward facing roles I began as Restaurant Supervisor, here I gained valuable insights into various aspects of leadership, from effective communication to accountability. My hospitality employment has truly contributed to my adept handling of diverse responsibilities within my roles and within the food and beverage industry. My approach combines a passion for the industry with a strategic mindset to leverage my skills in order to enhance customer experience and my personal professional development. My work with FlavorActiV so far has allowed me to showcase my skills, and understanding of consumer preferences which I now am able to apply to my expanding knowledge of flavour science.
