Founded the charity in 2014, securing multi-year, international partnerships with creative industry partners including Soho House, Sony Music, Facebook, Amazon Prime Video, Google, Global and Wieden + Kennedy.Designed, launched and scaled a series of high impact, commercial partnership models including the flagship Mentor Development Programme, a programme supporting access to creativity, and Accelerate - a coaching programme accelerating progression into leadership.Took the charity from a team of one (me) to a team of 9 full-time employees, an established board of trustees and a wider Associates team.

Research for a report evaluating the impact of the current support offered to Teach First participants during their Leadership Development Programme, and compiled recommendations for the programme's redesign.

Trained across multiple disciplines within varying age groups, teaching English, Media and Politics at Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-Level. Awarded Excellent Practitioner Status. Led partnership with charities, First Story and Jamie's Farm. Set up and sourced funding for a school farm aimed at supporting students with additional learning needs.

Teach for Lebanon is an education charity training high performing graduates to enter the teaching profession in Lebanon. As an Associate for Teach for Lebanon’s Education Team, I designed and delivered training in leadership and effective communication to Fellows as part of their teacher qualification. I conducted lesson observations, coaching and feedback.
