Provide legal and administrative assistance to the EDPB Secretariat with its daily duties, including drafting opinions and documents (BCR approvals, accreditation requirements, DPIA opinions, etc.), researching data protection issues, summarizing European Case Law on data protection matters, handling access to documents requests, supporting the EDPB meetings and plenary sessions and organization of a data protection conference with fellow trainees.Since this traineeship started at the same time as the outbreak of COVID-19 in Europe, my role has largely focused in supporting the Board in issuing guidance documents with relation to the processing of personal data in the context of the fight against coronavirus.On-site + remote role.

I directed an English theater group. I coordinated and took an active part in the script writing, acting, fundraising, promotion campaigns, drama education, and logistics. In less than three months we successfully organized events to cover the costs of the production we would bring to stage only a few months later. It has been a wonderful experience where I had the opportunity to learn about time-management, communication, and teamwork. As well, my sense of responsibility and adaptability have been affected in a positive manner thanks to the challenges posed by this venture.
