I am attending Texas A&M University at Central Texas College to pursue my bachelor's degree in human resources management. I am expected to graduate in May of 2025. I earned my associate degree in interdisciplinary studies in May of 2023 at Central Texas College. I graduated with a 4.0 grade point average and was awarded the highest honors. I served in the U.S. Army as a human resource specialist for four years. I managed over 2,000 personnel and processed over 25-50 actions daily. I was responsible for furthering Soldiers' careers in the Army by cleaning their report cards to ensure they were ready to be evaluated for promotion, processing their awards from their chain of command, and correcting their payroll. I earned the rank of sergeant (SGT) within the four years I served, and I was responsible for developing several soldiers in their personal and professional lives. After retiring from the military, I was hired by United Parcel Service as a package handler, and almost immediately, the supervisors were impressed with my dedication and work ethic to get the task done. I processed parcels for delivery by completing tasks such as packaging, sorting, sealing, scanning, and loading parcels into their designated trucks. I distinguished deliveries based on the parcel's label to ensure accurate processing. I maintained quality control and prevented damage to parcels. I am a hard worker and will go above and beyond with the tasks I am given. My passion is helping people, and I would love to work for a company that would allow me to be an asset to them. I love making a difference in people's lives by helping them solve their problems within the organization.
