In my role as a STEM outreach leader I have been running a number of different activities for young people and prospective university students. I use my strong knowledge of my subject area to communicate in an engaging and effective manner the benefits of studying STEM subjects at a higher level. A few examples of the activities I've been involved with are: after-school science club, group A-level tutoring and prospective university student Q&A sessions. Delivering these activities has been very rewarding and has helped me build my own communication, teamwork and presentation skills.

As a fact checker, I independently research the facts and data quoted on the website to confirm they are correct and up to date. I've worked on a range of projects including Bank current account switching deals, COVID travel tests and multiple types of insurance. I really enjoy the range of different projects I've worked on at Finder. The work has further improved my attention to detail, data research and Microsoft Excel skills. It's also given me an excellent understanding of insurance terminology and pricing.
