2014-to date Activities description:Lead the team to assure corporate tax compliance and reporting forms (to US team) on monthly basisIdentify and implement tax planning strategy Lead the team to assure transaction tax compliance (e.g. VAT, gross sales tax etc) including review on tax returns (monthly, quarterly and annual filings)To provide tax guidance to various business related to tax law and regulationLead the team to assure compliance with municipality, state, local and international statutes, regulations, and legislation Assisting with the reconciliation of tax accounts and general ledger accountsLead team in developing and implementing process improvementAnalysis of Tax strategies, make risk assessment and develop improvement opportunities.Lead the team to assure appropriate responses on Tax auditLead the team to assure the correct calculation of deferred taxes for USGAAP and LCGAA and the reporting on time to US teamEnsure Transfer pricing compliance, including the new regulation of BEPSLead M&A projects, recognizing opportunities, tax impacts and tax strategy Build a winner team by setting its goals; create team engagement, challenging people, and motivating its members providing effective coaching to ultimately make the difference.Provide mentoring to persons of different teams in Finance Planning and management of resources (internal and external) to meet the objectives.
