• Manage CARSO Cost & Progress Manager team (20 people) in all Cost & Progress Manager (CPM) work for seven Countries in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil).• Implement business strategies with the support of the CPM team in all CTs belonging to the CBT and ensure CBT standards throughout the projects in the region (aligned with global and regional standards).• Provide the Customer Operation Manager with necessary and required information related to overall progress and cost issues, in order for the CBT to track target achievements, identify main pain points and prioritize preventive/corrective actions.• Implement CBT standards for estimating, monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing the project execution progress against time, milestones and invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract in each CT in line with global Earn Value Management (EVM) processes. • Implement CBT standards for estimating, monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing of all project related procurement and costs against cost baseline in each CT in line with global EVM processes.• Align with Finance & Control team the accounting guidelines and principles to be applied to the different Countries and projects.
