• Management of Legal Department.• Analysis of relevant legislation and supervising all activities and business in the companies of the group are legally compliance.• Drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts and agreements• Assisting in legal matters to CEOs and Board of Directors of companies in the group.• Advisement, information and support to all departments within the companies in the group, before they take any action in any legal related matter.• Maintaining of current knowledge of applicable European Law.• Incorporation, registration and legal maintenance of brands worldwide. ( Europe, South America, Asia)• Advisement about legal structure of investments.• Legal proceedings coordination.• Giving appropriate response to entitities and/or persons and respond to any Court requirement• External legal services coordination.• Defence against claims from third parties.• Development guidance and assistance in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures in coordination with company management.• Representing in the interest of the companies on different levels / institutions/organizations.• Shaping and reinforcing the image of the company as the safest and most responsible in institutions and governments.• To act on behalf the company in conferences, lectures and events.
