Driven by a passion for innovation, we look for projects that challenge our thinking and enable us to add value.Sustainability is at the heart of our approach, and our projects are delivered through the collaboration and innovation of excellent people who care.Current Responsibilities:Developing a direct sourcing strategy to reduce company reliance on recruitment agencies across all divisionsSupporting other divisions of VINCI Construction UK with their recruitment needCover the staffing needs across all Taylor Woodrow single action and Joint Venture projects. This includes external recruitment internal mobilisation of staffAssisting with the development of the website, social media and various marketing campaigns to attract talentResponsible for running headhunting campaigns to recruit staff within the senior leadership teamBuilding a database and talent pool of experienced candidates for current and future project requirements Responsible for supporting Taylor Woodrow’s Early Careers strategy. This includes recruiting for the graduate scheme, QUEST, year in industry placements and attending careers fairsSeconded to Balfour Beatty VINCI HS2 joint venture (April 2020-Oct 2021), recruitment of staff on HS2 using a ‘direct sourcing’ model. Responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding of staff in the Structures team in Birmingham.
