Worked in a mission in Argentina's factory with product development with foccus on infant formula. Scope includes formulation, proccess (spray drying and dry blending) and co-leading of Brazil CBU innovation, renovation, quality and productivity projects.

Work with Innovation at DuPont Nutrition & Health (Danisco) with:-Fried products: implemented frying pilot plant and fat content analysis at the site, responsible for trials internally, at other DuPont's plants and customers, in contact with key customers, sensory project;-Dairy products: focused on yogurt cultures development and Active Nutrition ingredients (trials and promotion of portfolio presenting to customers and sales group);-Process Risk Analysis team member;-Member of the fire brigade.

-Worked in development of margarines for Latin America, leading and supporting projects; -Involved with sensory evaluation of margarines, mayonnaise and ketchups, including sensory training of the team, organization, application and conclusion of sensory tests internally and in the external sensory panel; -Responsible for shelf life studies, from the design of the study to the conclusion; -Innovation management training and monthly study of category's projects through innovation funnel.
