- Coordination of Sea Import processes (Container, Bulk and Break Bulk Vessel), Road and Air Import of raw material for the production of fertilizers, animal feed supplements and chemical products from the origin to the arrival of the goods at the port, dry port or airport;- Responsible for documents approval such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Analysis;- Analysis and quotation of international freight with shipowners and freight forwarders for Incoterms negotiation;- Monitoring the clearance of goods in Brazilian customs through customs brokers;- Creation of payment orders for closing exchange rate;- KPIs creation, analysis and follow up to support and improve processes of the department and its operations;- Daily processes update to provide information to the Commercial Team;- Daily participation in a meeting with the Supply Chain Board to inform shipment status of critical items;- Control and verification of taxes and values of the Invoice with the Tax department;- Control of import contracts together with the supply and legal areas;- Experience with requests and needs from MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock);- OSGT key user on system implementation.

- Coordination and monitoring of Sea Import (Container) and Air Import processes of raw material for the production of fertilizers, food supplements for animals, industrial chemical products and parts and pieces for factory maintenance, from origin to arrival of goods at the port or airport;- Provision of costs related to logistics and storage of Import processes;- Creation of payment orders for closing exchange rates and payment of cash;- Support for the planning department regarding shipment status and the logistics department for the transport and movement of cargo in stock and warehouses;- Support for Planning, Logistics, Tax, Financial, Regulatory and Industrial areas;- Control, management and analysis of Demurrage processes;- Analysis of container damage at the time of the presence of cargo.

- Expierence in the operation of International Trade (Import and Export) of direct and indirect products, samples and services for the area of biochemicals focused on animal health, carrying out the process from the identification of demand to the entry of the goods in stock;- Support in the creation, analysis, verification and approval of documents of air and maritime processes;- Negotiation of commercial conditions with international suppliers, in addition to closing exchange rates, tax classification and comparison of values between national and imported products;- Assistance in the follow up of pending Import processes, in addition to programming control and shipping instructions;- Assistance in controlling the Temporary Export of machines for repair (Intercompany);- Experience in controlling goods by lot or serial number and registration/inspection in Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA) and Anvisa.

- Assistance in analyzing, issuing, sending and monitoring quotations and orders for international suppliers, as well as negotiating prices and other commercial conditions;- Support in checking air and sea shipping documents, such as Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading;- Experience in Foreign Trade operations with regard to pre-shipment procedures, such as tax classification, analysis and choice of Incoterms and creation of Landed Cost spreadsheets for the purpose of comparison between national and imported goods;- Analysis and monitoring of the department's efficiency report;- Responsible for monitoring overdue orders, pending shipments and arrival of goods to the port and airport.
