I worked as PMO for the Salesforce team building the internal commercial tool, using Sales Cloud, and the customer view with Community Cloud. I also worked on the UX front of the team, gathering requirements for the backlog and deriving test scenarios for our deliveries. I also validated the quality of the deliveries for the client. To manage and control activities, we used tools from the Office suite, Azure Devops and Solman. I then worked as the PO of a system in the logistics sector, to structure the cloud migration of the legacy monolith system and we worked on the evolution of the system, carrying out processes to gather requirements, prioritize and report on the team's activities. Currently, I am the PO of a team with 3 integrated applications for development, production support and system requalification. The main activities include, in addition to managing the team, designing all the business process flows, sequence diagrams and functional specifications, both AS IS and TO BE, and writing the business case to drive the re-qualification of the systems.

I worked on translating business needs into user stories for the technology development team. I also worked on managing the agile squad and building the backlog to plan the team's activities. In my first project, I worked on the Salesforce migration and evolution of a financial institution's customer service. The project brought significant gains for the client, reducing service times and raising customer satisfaction levels.

In my master's project, I worked with the development of a web system, using Python scripts for processing, data storage in MongoDB, and tools such as HTML5 and javascript. I also worked as a bioinformatician, using machine learning algorithms and data visualization. In addition to the projects, I had the role of mentoring other students in their activities and participated in parallel projects involving several other researchers, including a professor from Lancaster University, UK.

Summer internship conducted at Laticínios Escola - Produtos Viçosa, with the objective of mapping processes that require steam in order to optimize its utilization and propose cost-saving measures. Parallel project: application of Lean methodology in the development of quality indicators spreadsheets.

Organization of the third academic week of the Chemical Engineering program at the Federal University of Viçosa. This event was conceived with an entrepreneurial and dynamic character, aiming to assist students in gaining a comprehensive perspective on the future roles and responsibilities of professionals in the field of Chemical Engineering. The program featured a diverse range of activities, including lectures, mini-courses, and workshops. The general coordination team undertook the responsibility of overseeing all operational aspects of the event, including infrastructure, finance, resources, academics, and promotion. Their collective efforts were geared towards ensuring a cohesive and proficient execution of the event.

The academic committee undertook the responsibility of curating the event's schedule and establishing communication with esteemed guest speakers.
