Main responsibilities: Call of crew members foreign and brazilians; follow-up of the necessary routines of logistics such as hotel accommodations, transports and flight tickets according to the vessel's schedule.Point of contact between the company and the clients, to follow the client's needs and expectations.Control of all crew member's Certificates and Documents.Responsible for the client's demands of documents and system's registers.Control of all the costs and accounting details required for the logistics operations.Assist HR department with recruitment of crew members, aligning the requirements of the vessel to the headhunting process.Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new crew members.Ensure smooth communication with crew members and timely resolution to their queries.

Assist HR department with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new crew member's. Ensure smooth communication with crew member's and timely resolution to their queries.Track crew members attendance, PTO, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation. Control of the necessary certificates of each crew member in accordance with each vessel type, Maritime and Health (Health Exams, STCW, BST, etc.) . Follow up of Visas RN 72 - Visa V and Mercosul, according to the crew member legalization in Brazil for the first embark and during the foreign member's stay in the country. Control of salary payments, extra payments, gratifications and leaves for the Payroll foreign and Brazilians to be delivered to the HR department, both in Brazil and US HR (Headquarter).
