Specialised in foreign trade with 25 years' experience in wine export.From March 2007 to May 2010 I lived and worked in Japan, in Tokyo and Osaka areas.As a result, I learnt both the Japanese language and culture. From August 2010 to December 2013 I lived in the UK and founded PeninSula, Iberian Wines, a wine and food export agency for Spanish and Portuguese producers willing to sell in Japan and South Korea.I am a WSET Advanced certified wine expert, and a Certified Sake Professional and Sake Sommelier. I have my Sake specialised profile in Instagram (@saketelo).I co-authored "The Tapas Bar Book" with my friend Anthony Rose (www.anthonyrosewine.com), published in the UK in August 2011.I have my own brands of CAVA from Extremadura (Spain): Cava Finca La Pintada (with my partner Sophia Choursan and Real Provisión.I also do consultancy for small wineries about their export strategy, product development, label design, brand registration, etc.I can offer my services as a translator and also do wine tastings for private events (Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Japanese).I have a long experience and a deep knowledge of wine culture.
