Manage academic excellence, ritual and history, membership engagement, and judicial procedures of our chapter.Lead the Internal Affairs department including four directors. Attend and partake in judicial board meetings.Develop skills in delegation, management, and group engagement.

- Lead a chapter of approximately 180 members- Held weekly Executive Board meetings and Chapter meetings- Acted as a liaison between chapter members, International Headquarters, Panhellenic Council and the office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, and chapter advisors and alumnae- Presided over judicial hearings regarding the bylaws of the fraternity- Develop goals to help encourage philanthropy, leadership, and loyalty- Nominated to represent our chapter at the annual Kappa Kappa Gamma Leadership Academy in Marengo, Ohio (September 2018)
