Arranged the Bank Card process, Orientation process, Employees Relations and Employee Contract. Reporting detail Report to HR Manager and General Manager such as (Head Count, Leave & Late, Employee IN & Out, Turnover Rate for Performance Appraisal. Other task such as uniform, Organization Chat, Kitchen , Stationary requirement and security duty roster in sometime.

Fully assist to my supervisor (compensation & benefits) such as SSB, Income Tax, Wages, Budget, Yearly Bonus, Staff Salary, Staff commission calculation (monthly) and other payroll process. Managing employees Monthly performance appraisal. Handle recruitment and training in sometime. Prepared Monthly report to my supervisor.
