Isabella currently heads the recruitment process for Eta Upsilon fraternity at Chapman University. Her duties include educating members about the recruitment process, facilitating practices for the formal recruitment weekend to develop the fraternity's brand, as well as managing active members and organizing the bid list for this chapter.

Isabella works closely with the Customer Relationship Management team at RPA. She uses softwares such at HTML and SQL Server and helps develop the email campaigns for companies such as Honda and Dole. She also assists the strategy department where she manages statistical data to help further develop strategy, meet customer demands, and grow the brand.

As the liaison between the sales and marketing team at Tangram, she ensured that the company was consistently marketing its brand while maintaining strong, personal customer relationships. Tangram collaborates with clients as a creative partner to create and manage interior environments that enhance the clients' brand and culture through the expert integration of technology, furniture, floor coverings, and service solutions.In tandem with her leadership team, Isabella implemented and developed marketing and advertising campaigns, keeping team members active on social media while also maintaining the company's numerous webpages. She also specialized in customizing Tangram's user experience to create environments and emotions that inspire.

As an intern, Isabella worked closely with Tangram's Marketing team to reinvent the Tangram brand and brainstorm strategies to better the brand image and the Tangram story. By immersing herself through research of the commercial furniture market, she developed a skills set and aesthetics that "work and don't work." Most importantly she was able to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
