Hi everybody! I am a Colombian Tech recruiter currently located in Bogota, who is a very present dog mom in my everyday life as well. You will be amazed at how much I can talk about my dog Benito, a beautiful 3 year old french bulldog (if you want to see him just ask, I am more than happy to send pictures of him!). Besides enjoying pampering my little one, I also enjoy reading, playing tennis (die hard Federer fan over here), and cooking - especially breakfast or brunch. I also enjoy wandering around the city and discovering new places to eat or hidden galleries or parks. In my work life, I am running end to end recruitment processes at Visa in the engineering, operations and IT departments in the LAC region (Latin America and Caribbean). My favorite part of recruiting is getting to talk to candidates from different parts of the world and having a meaningful connection regardless of the outcome of the process.
