IT Strategy Consultants use problem solving, issue-based and hypothesis-based methodologies and provide recommendations and solutions to client IT and Business Executives. They define the business and IT requirements, develop the solutions and participate in their implementation. This enables clients to increase business value and improve IT service delivery quality.

Technical Specialists in this job role will have expertise in one or more server technologies, including different hardware architectures and operating systems, in addition to contributing to the function of maintaining the full operation of the datacenter structure. Technical Specialists who apply their technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions. Individuals who are part of support typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and resolving critical client situations. Responsible for implementing the Agile methodology and 5S focal in datacenter SAO05 - IBM Cloud.

This role provides contract management support and performs supply and demand transactions across the extended enterprise and supports a collaborative network for processes from opportunity to cash. Activities may include but are not limited to improving contract performance, streamlining and standardizing processes, implementing reporting processes for specific contracts, interacting with key measurement stakeholders, preparing proposal/quote, contract audit and registration, order, billing, basic contract/agreement preparation, hourly service invoicing, customer master record, and other end-to end transactions. Professionals are responsible for maintaining client relationships by supporting the contract management or fulfillment process, taking ownership of problem resolution, accurately handling requirements, partnering with the stakeholders and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. They also execute defined contract management and fulfillment processes, in line with business controls and meet business objectives. Experience as Iteration Manager and Contingency Focal in Software team and Project Manager in Q2C innovation projects.
