I worked in Porter Lab researching the viability of beta-Ga₂O₃ semiconductors. I worked alongside a PhD student to conduct electrical measurements on metal beta-Ga₂O₃ Schottky and ohmic contacts, analyzing voltage, current, and capacitance to assess performance. I utilized Excel and MATLAB to perform linear regression analysis on experimental data, evaluating the viability of beta-Ga₂O₃ for semiconductor applications
