As a Recruitment Administrator, I have been taken on board by Ashley Kate HR to assist the administration team and Recruitment Consultants with a variety of basic administration and reception duties which include:• Providing a professional and proactive reception service• Database cleansing the internal recruitment software (Voyager Infinity)• Acting as ‘front of house’ for any visitors into the office• Filing a variety of documentation such as accounts and candidate registration forms• Processing candidate CVs, details and applications • Managing the social media for Ashley Kate HR• Using intricate and specialist software including Voyager and Broadbean• Helping to create company information (HR Salary and Benefits Guide)• Dealing with IT issues - leasing with IT support• Heading up maintence on our Ashley Kate HR appI also head up the Social media for Ashley Kate HR - focusing on promoting the business through various platforms such as; Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram whilst using software such as Canva, Ripl - whilst leasing with Marketing to help with Social Media campaigns.Currently I support the South Region, whom is lead by Amanda Underhill. I support my consultants consisting of James Dubowski and Kate Ryder. Also with the South Admin team - George Clarke and Beatrice Halford
