Psychologist infiltrated in the tech world ;)In graduation I got involved in multiple extracurricular projects that allowed me to develop scientific thinking, entrepreneurship and leadership. Among them I highlight the 3 years that I was part of the Junior Enterprise Movement (where students offer consultancy at a reduced price for small businesses). When I started my carreer I got to know startup ecosystems more closely, and fell in love with working with open innovation, technology and user experience. In external consulting projects in Talent Acquisition and internal as a Business Partner, I had the opportunity to learn how innovation can be done by small startups or large corporations. Nowadays I love to learn and talk more about innovation, agile and technology.
