My career began as a corporate lawyer, specializing in M&A, privatization, commercial property, and private equity. Qualified in four countries, I have worked across Central and Eastern Europe, gaining a diverse cultural and professional perspective.My passion for international bilingual education was ignited during my tenure as a Board member of a small international school in Romania. This passion led me to transition from law to education in 2007, when I moved to London to establish the EIFA International School. Starting with just 17 students, EIFA has grown to accommodate 310 students from Nursery to Year 13. As the only English-French bilingual school in the UK serving students from 21 months to 18 years, EIFA offered a unique environment fostering lifelong multilingual abilities.With extensive experience as a school Founder and Head, I excel in Business and Strategy Planning, Branding, Strong Governance, Leadership Development, Digital Marketing, Admissions, Advancement, Fundraising, Data Analysis, Educational Innovation, and Technology.
