CurrentWith [solidcore] being a NASM & AFAA certified provider, I am able to confidently lead the exclusive 50 minute workout to classes of up to 18 clients, using key [solidcore] phrases and outlines to guide them throughout the signature pilates-based strength classes. Although the most essential skills come in the form of motivating and encouraging clients to take an extra rep, or to move at an even slower pace, to help them become the strongest and most confident version of themselves. Before and after class, I take time to check-in clients, introduce myself, and ask if they have any injuries, as well as gain consent for hands-on support and adjustments. With energetic playlists that I carefully curate myself, I ensure that everyone has a fun, safe and rewarding exercise experience, every time.
