Isabelle Moses has two decades of experience working across the nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors. Since 2010, her work has focused on partnering with foundations and social justice nonprofits to advance results in communities through courageous leadership and visionary strategies. Isabelle has three main areas of expertise:Organizational and leadership development: Partnering with national foundations and networks of nonprofits to create and implement programs designed to achieve outcomes for individuals, organizations, and ultimately within communities. Using customized assessment tools, leaders gain a more nuanced understanding of strengths and opportunities for growth and receive programming to strengthen their organizational and individual results. Depending on desired outcomes, programming can include a variety of interventions including training, executive coaching, cohort programs, or specialized consulting to support leaders and organizations to achieve their goals. Executive coaching: Partnering with leaders and leadership teams to accelerate results by deepening self-awareness and understanding of both why and how current actions promote and inhibit intended outcomes to create intentional shifts in both beliefs and behaviors. Isabelle has coached dozens of leaders within nonprofit organizations around the country. Transformational strategy and implementation design: Partnering with social justice leaders to envision bold and disruptive change in society and to define a set of strategies and tactics to achieve that vision. Implementation planning often includes creation of short-term action plans and change management plans to align the organizational stakeholders and culture to the strategic direction.
