Food. Adrenaline. Culture. Three words that (almost) sum up my passions in life. Food. I truly believe proper nutrition and balanced food choices are at the basis of any healthy lifestyle, and the prevention of diseases and health complications. As a Registered Dietitian, I strive to empower people to make those choices, without having to restrict themselves from the foods they love. Adrenaline. As an athlete, a marathon runner, and adrenaline-seeking enthusiast, I can never pass a chance to push myself out of my comfort zone to try something new, something different, and something unconventional. Culture. Empathy begins when you truly try to understand another person's realities. Whether it be immersing myself in others' cultures internationally, or sitting down and talking to someone hear their story, I believe that it is our experiences that make us who we are, and how can we truly impact others without understanding who they are?
